I have had some terrible luck with air beds. I have tried probably a dozen different ones over the years and it's always the same problem...the air will not hold through the night, they get holes easily, the valve does not close properly, etc.
I was very hesitant to buy yet another air bed due to the past issues, not to mention that this one is a little more pricey; however, I am very pleased with my decision!
This is the best air bed that I have ever had. It hold it's air very well and the material is definitely thicker and better made than the normal air bed brands. When we first received it, I inflated the air bed and sat on it instead of the couch and slept on it for 3 days. I did NOT need to re-inflate it!!!! It did loose a little of the air, but a tiny bit of air loss over night is normal. It stayed fully inflated the whole time! I was amazed! Normally I'd be cursing after the first day.
I am definitely happy with this purchase. :)
