My order was shipped on September 19 and it arrived fourteen days later. What could have been a two star experience turned out to be FIVE STARS thanks to Akram of Sheetsnthings. He was on UPS at every turn and offered to adjust the shipping charge and discount the merchandise because of the shipping hiccup. I could have been very grumpy. In the end I was more than satisfied.

The sheets and duvet cover are the color pictured, wash up nicely, fit well and have a comfortable feel to them. They get five stars and thanks to Akram a five star rating over all for the experience.
