I wasn't sure what to expect as there are a number of different sizes and colors of beans, but this makes a pretty good brew with a Full city or Viennese roast. On a shorter roast cycle it tastes too grassy to me, probably as some of the beans are not cooking as quickly and so are still underdone. Still, great deal at 25 lbs for 60 bucks!
