I bought the Bello PVS-4219HG for my 32 inch Flat panel TV for the bedroom. The pro's and con's are;

Pros: Well constructed for long term use, easy to assemble, my equipment (cable box and DVD player) fits on the shelves, I recommended measuring your equipment before purchase, price great here at Amazon, shipment quick and arrived in perfect condition, hides wires well, easy to work and clean equipment on shelves and Bell'O Corporation was easy to contact and helpful.

Cons: Shows dust on shelves because the unit is all black, Can't replace glass shelves according to the Bell'O Company. Would have to purchase after market glass after warranty, recommend saving the wrench tool that comes with the unit in case you have to dissemble/reassemble the unit again, shelves move a little so you have to reposition them each time you knock into them, comes with only three shelves and can not add any more shelves.
