I ordered two sets of these dishes. One was appropriately packaged and arrived unharmed. The other was poorly packaged and the dishes were in pieces. STRIKE 1!! The shipping box had one corner that was damaged so it looked as if the the second set had a rough ride during shipment. Returned the broken set and ordered a replacement set. This shipment was also poorly packaged, however the shipping box was in good condition so I was hopeful that the dishes had survived in spite of the poor packing. Unfortunately, one plate was broken. STRIKE 2!!I am almost certain that the all the dishes would have remained unharmed during shipment if the packing had been adequate. I have again ordered a replacement set. I have left packaging feedback, uploaded photos, called customer service...everything that I can possibly do to communicate that the dishes need to be appropriately packed...we will see! Also, forgot to mention that none of the shipping boxes were marked fragile.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DISHES! The color is vibrant, and the dishes are beautiful (when in one piece). Thus, I gave the dishes 5 stars. However, proceed with caution when ordering if you are needing the dishes for a specific occasion or event. The shipment will arrive on time; however, there are no guarantees that the dishes will be usable!!
