This mat makes me want to jump, or at least rock back and forth on my heels. It is easy to walk and stand on - providing cushioning and 'give' without making me feel off balance. I feel lighter and yet very stable and supported. It really gives an impression of having science behind its construction and not just the 'show' of support by leaving an imprint of my foot in some gel or foam like other mats.

I already did a review on the long tan mat I just got, but I've had a grey/black mat like this for 7 years and figured the best place for this review was here. These are great, energy-giving, and long lasting mats.
