I am using this product with my Davis Weather Monitor II. The user interface takes a little work to understand, but after a while I got the hang of it. The manual is not too bad but is written around older internet connections.The graphics are primitive, but they are OK. The bulletin page requires a good serial link and created challenges using a usb port on a modern computer with a serial-to-usb adapter. The bulletin page will cut itself off if it loses connection with the weather station console. I finally solved that problem by using a high-quality serial-to-usb adapter. I am using this product to upload my weather station data to my website. This product does work with Windows 7.
