At first I hesitated when I say the color labeled as Purple but in the photos it looked mauve to me. Realizing that colors are often labeled differently by different people I went ahead an bought it. The color of the comforter is exactly as in the photo. Kind of purple but kind of mauve too. Worked well with the colors in our bedroom. A nice Victorian accent too.

For the price, $90.00, it's a very good deal, especially when you factor in the free shipping we get with our Prime membership.
