Design - love. It looks like the picture and it is really my style. Also, pretty comfortable. I was worried the pad would be too thin, but it's not bad at all - even considering the multi-hour gaming sessions I have put it through.

I wish it went lower - just like 1 or 2 inches. Mostly this is because that's how my last chair was and I got used to it. I wouldn't say it's overly tall - it just doesn't adjust down quite as far as I would like. That's my only nitpick of the chair itself.

Manufacturing issues - I had huge problems with assembly. The holes were not drilled appropriately into the back pad and seat pad. On one of them, I had to dig out/drill to make it line up correctly with the other 2 holes that were properly positioned. On the other, I had to dig 3 of the 4. It took me 90 minutes to deal with this, since I did not have a power drill. I flat out should not have had to do any of it. Luckily it was all behind the pads and I was able to dig out enough of the existing holes to make it work.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the manufacturing issue. You only put it together once and once I "fixed" it - it worked just fine, so I did not ding it harder.
