We have had this sentsitizer for about a year, use it daily. During a cleaning, the glass dome fell into the sink and cracked in half. I emailed the company for a replacement dome and they quickly quoted me $20. When I called in to pay with my cc number the customer service agent said "Happy Holidays, we are going to replace this free of charge". They even covered the shipping. *Note - this is the only serene house sentsitizer that doesn't come with a speaker. That fact is clear on their website but somehow jacked it up on the amazon description. I didn't need it to play music anyway. I bought it for the pleasing smells which it does like a charm.
