The quality of this rug seems very nice and it feels great to walk on barefoot. When I unrolled it, it flattened easily and had no chemical smells (it had no smell at all for that matter). I never appreciated how much an area rug does for a room with bare wood floors. It really had made our living room feel more warm and cozy.

My complaint is that the picture shows vibrant colors and this rug is not vibrant. I was expecting the rug to bring bright warmth to our North-facing living room, but the colors are muted and are not what is shown in the photo. Imagine the photo with the colors desaturated a fair amount and then you'll have a good idea of what it looks like.

I sort of want to send it back, but it's big and bulky and it seems like it'll be a hassle to roll it back up and bind it for UPS to return. Besides, like I said, it feels great and doesn't have any smell at all. I'll just get used to the muted colors, which look nice, but aren't what is pictured.
