I had a table like this several years ago and was happy to find it again. It arrived on time, was packed well for shipping and generally looked pretty good. The three open shelves are its best feature for my use. The one problem that I have is the very strong and unpleasant odor from the finish. I had to leave the table in the garage for more than a week to "air it out" and, now that is back in the house, it still emits some odor. I might be imagining it, but I think it gives me a slight headache. Do they use formaldehyde in varnish?
